The mailbox comes with an exclusive double-latching locking mechanism and a USPS Approved cam-lock that is standard on all versatile™ 4C Mailboxes. For further security, the sturdy aluminum seams interlock and overlap. The unit is for recess mount applications but can be surface mounted with the purchase of a surface mount collar.
