  • Mail cart has 2-8" swivel casters and 2-8" stationary casters
  • Top file box is 18 gauge steel and holds 200+ legal size hanging file folders
  • Extra bends on top file rails gives the mail cart rigidity. Hemmed edges take away any sharp edges
  • Overlapped steel edges and spot welds gives this mail cart the strength needed to hold the extra weight of 200+ file folders. Handles are 18 Gauge precision bent tubular steel which is plated chrome
  • Power painted and baked-on for a durable finish. Specially formulated for a chip and corrosion resistant surface
  • Baskets are constructed of 31 solid steel rods, 1/8” thick, reinforced with 3/16” frame wires, all robotically welded and nickel chrome plated for the strongest baskets in the industry
  • Lower mail cart frame is 16 gauge 1” x 1 ½” square steel tubing with solid welded ¼” rods for rigidity. Each frame has 4 - heavy duty 14 gauge wrap-around brackets for a tight fit and the best connection to the round tubular handles
